New Moon broke The Dark Knight's single day box office record. Are you planning on seeing this teenage vampire love story? If so: Team Edward or Team Jacob?

I can't tell you how silly I think this question is.  It's off the charts.  I'm waiting for the dvd or at least until it hits the cheap theater - AND - the Team Edward or Team Jacob question is ridiculous.  Anyone who read the books and understands the main character (Isabella Swan) clearly understands the extremely different roles of Edward and Jacob in her life - there never was nor could there ever be ANY competition between them.

Love it or hate it, many of you lost an hour of sleep last night due to Daylight Saving Time? Worth It? Do you like it more/less now that Daylight Saving Time occurs earlier (and later) in the year?

SUCK.  SUCK.  SUCK.

As my housemate, Sven, so eloquently put it this morning: 

This time change can suck my balls.

Of course, that really only applies if you have balls - but you know what I mean.

What is your favorite scent or smell and why?

I can begin by saying - I am not a perfume-girl.  I have worn "signature scents" in the past - but, since I experienced pregnancy, my sense of smell became so ultra-heightened that I can immediately catch on to any synthetically produced scent and it offends my nose - seriously offends. 

My favorite scents are, in no particular order:

Apples - in ANY form - freshly cut, baked with cinnamon (there we have 2 scents - WARM - awesome)
Maple syrup - the scent of maple syrup is SO comforting to me.
Fresh cut grass - Ahhhh!  I LOVE the scent of fresh cut grass.
Rose petals - not rose-scented anything - but the mild true scent of a rose petal - added bonus is the velvety feeling of the rose petal in my fingers and on my nose and lips - so awesome.
Camp fires - especially if there is New Mexico Pinon being burned - what a beautiful scent!
The top of my son's head - when I kiss him on the head and can smell his hair and skin - not his shampoo - just HIM - that is one of the BEST smells in the world.
My parents' house - I always remember the smell of my parents' house - especially after I had been away at college for a few months without a visit - coming through the front door, the amazing, beautiful scent of cedar and some other mix of comforting smells that I don't know if I could identify, now.  It has been years since my mom died and my dad sold our family home - my Aunt's house smells a bit like it - but more floral and perfumed than my mother's house.  I miss that smell.
Bacon - who DOESN'T like the smell of bacon?  Okay - maybe a vegetarian doesn't like it.  BUT I LOVE IT!
